Working around a massive, protected Fig tree at the rear of the site, this ground-up shell was designed to accommodate either retail or a restaurant. Complete with a shady exterior garden, fenestrated with real steel windows, and clad in honed travertine, timeless design is coming to Melrose Ave. Fall 2020.
