COMMERCIAL RENOVATION ON MELROSE AVENUE

Fall 2014 – Winter 2016

Enormous renovations require the insertion of a new building within the brick shell of the existing structure, complete with a new glass-wrapped mezzanine and second floor courtyard. Butt-joined glazing throughout and dark-painted metal work add contrast to the original light brick. Completed while at DNA Architecture + Design.
