Accessory Dwelling Unit Prototype

Designed to take advantage of the relaxed regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units, this flexible backyard structure works as a rentable unit, a guest suite, a pool house, or a home office/studio. With ease of construction top of mind, we designed it to fit into the footprint of a standard detached garage, for either conversion of an existing structure, or for small-span, steel-free construction. Both the Kitchen/Dining and Bedroom open onto raised patios for a taste of indoor/outdoor California living.
